How we get the personal information and why we have it

All of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for the following reason:

We collect and use your personal data because it is necessary for our clubs’ legitimate interests to provide services to enable sports organisations to manage club, team and member data and publish information to our websites.

We may share this information with British Taekwondo and in case of emergency with medical staff or police.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored.

We keep your information in data form for 3 months from your last training session with AD Taekwondo.   We will then dispose your information by removing it from all digital storage.  Any information collected on paper will be shredded.

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
